Mr. Li is Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Feishang Industrial Group Co. Ltd; Chairman of the Board of Wuhu Feishang Industrial Development Co., Ltd.; Chairman of the Board of Wuhu Port Co., Ltd.; as well as Chief Executive Officer of China Natural Resources Inc (Nasdaq Code: CHNR). After graduating from the Department of Economics of Peking University in 1988, Mr. Li obtained his Master’s degree in Economics from the same university in 1991. He established Feishang Group overseas in 1993, Shenzhen Feishang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. in China in 2000; and Wuhu Feishang Industrial Development Co., Ltd. in 2001.

A university graduate and an economist, Mr. Rao has been Senior Vice President of Feishang Industrial Group Co. Ltd since November 2004. He was a staff member of the Second Bureau of Light Industry of Wuhu, Anhui from July 1982 to December 1983. He has also been a staff member, a section chief, a director and a secretary of the Committee of Economy and Trading of Wuhu, Anhui from December 1983 to March 2003; and Vice President of Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes Co., Ltd. from May 2003 to October 2004.

A university graduate, Mr. Li is currently a director and Vice President of Feishang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. He was Manager of the Finance and Securities Department of Shenzhen Xubu Investment Co.; Chairman of the Board and General Manager of Shenzhen Fengxun Industrial Development Co., Ltd.; Director of Pingxiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.; as well as Director of Anhui Xinke Materials Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wu is Vice President and General Manager of Operation and Management Centre of Feishang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. Graduated with an MBA degree in international management, he joined Midea Group in 1992, and was in the positions of Section Chief, Department Head and General Manager of its sales company. He has also been Operation Director and General Manager of Guangdong Ifirst Group; Senior Manager of Midea Group’s Strategic Development Centre; as well as General Manager of Zhejiang Shangfeng Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd. Mr. Wu has extensive experience in enterprise management and capital operation.

Mr. Han is Assistant to President and Human Resources Director of Feishang Industrial Group Co., Ltd. He is a graduate of Sun Yat-Sen University and was a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota. The internal document titled “Guidelines on Human Resources Management and Development” that he compiled was adopted as teaching material or case study by tertiary institutions like the Open University of Hong Kong and Peking University. Mr. Han was the winner of “2006 Outstanding Chinese HR Manager Award.” He has also been Human Resources Director of CIMC Group.
